I hope it's not to late to wish Happy Ramadahan Kareem and Have a Generous Ramadhan to all Muslim in Malaysia and around the world. May Allah gives us strength to this Ramadhan in a positive way. I wish happiness and joy find with you and fill your house as we celebrate the holy month of Ramadhan.


Is it true during fasting majority will stop to do any exercises and sport activities? So, how about you all? Either you guys continue as usual or stop? 
Many people think that food gives them energy and that fasting and exercising at the same time would be difficult also people with demanding physically jobs believe they cannot work efficiently and quickly but actually fasting can't causing any harm to your body. So, just continue your daily exercises and keep fit!
