How many types of exercises that you know in your life? How many days in a week that you performing the exercises? One day? Two days? Three days? Did all of you know that jumping on trampoline is one of the types of exercises?
Jumping on trampoline called as REBOUNDING EXERCISE. So, are you familiar with the rebounding exercise? Rebounding exercise is total body workout. Rebounding works every part of your body. Rebounding exercise is one of the best exercises. Knowing the benefits jumping on trampoline will make you attract to do rebounding exercise.
I was a jump referee at Jumpstreet Trampolines Park Petaling Jaya during my internship in diploma and also have done some research about this.
Here I like to give some benefits of jumping on trampoline.

🎃 Strengthens your bone mass. 
When you jump on trampoline, the entire body share the G-force impact. G-force which is gravitational load of each bounce makes your musculoskeletal system strengths.

🎃Improve skill related fitness.
Skill related fitness such as balance and coordination include posture. It stimulates your ocular nerves and ear canal to improve balance. Jumping on trampoline improve spinal alignment which helps to relieve joint, back and neck pain that can improve posture. Increase ability of balance during a fall.

Jumping on trampoline can increase your metabolic rate to lowers your circulating cholesterol. It also helps to maintain your weight by lowers triglycerides level. Jumping on trampoline improve your lymphatic system which aids elimination of waste and toxins that helps you to attain your weight loss quickly. 
I have to share some research studies that have been done by NASA study, which NASA published in the Journal of Applied Physiology in 1980. According to the report, rebounding exercise is 68% more efficient than jogging. NASA's study claimed that someone spending one hour rebounding would burn more calories than person would jogging for an hour.

Jumping on trampoline oxygenates all the tissue because of  increase cellular oxygenation. Its helps circulate oxygen through the body to increase energy and increase capacity for respiration.


Jumping on trampoline is so simple and anyone can do it. If you don't have a big backyard to fit trampoline, consider to getting a smaller one or go to the trampoline parks and enjoy the same benefits. That's all what I have. Jump out and rebound yourself.
