What is Muscular Endurance? Muscular Endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. It is one of the components of muscular fitness, along with muscular strength and power.
Basic Principle of Muscular Endurance
In addition, energy system of muscular endurance is aerobic metabolism. Many activities that improve cardiovascular endurance also can improve muscular endurance. The aerobic system is the most utilized of the three. The aerobic system is the most utilized of the three. It provides energy for low intensity activities that last anywhere from two minutes to a few hours. Unlike the other two systems, the aerobic system requires oxygen and takes much longer to overload. Sports and activities that use continuous sustained efforts.
Lastly, safety aspects of the exercise. First thing first is wear proper attire. Your attire actually has a pretty big impact on your performance. Wearing proper attire also can be protection from environment and improved range of motion. Next, do correct technique to avoid any injury such as do exercises with proper technique and be smart with your training. Finally, ask for guidance or professional coach when use gym equipment if you are beginner. It can help you to perform best exercise and correct your mistake when you perform the exercise.
